Squire Patton Boggs has advised ASX-listed rare earth minerals company, Alvo Minerals Limited on its strategic placement with prominent Brazilian private equity group, Ore Investments Ltd, based on a 17% to 25% price premium to market. Ore Investments acquired nearly 20% of Alvo Mineral's issued share capital and another existing substantial shareholder Strata Investments Holdings Plc participated in the capital raise.

Alvo Minerals is an active critical minerals exploration company, with an established exploration base in central Brazil. Proceeds from the placement will fund drilling of high priority regional exploration targets at the Palma Copper-Zinc Project and Bluebush Rare Earth Elements Project.
