Internship

We are looking for an International Dispute Resolution Intern to join our highly successful IDR team in our London office and work on international arbitration cases. This is an exciting time to join the firm, and this position will provide the opportunity to work from an international platform and be involved in the superb cross border work that our IDR team undertakes. 

The successful candidate will carry out a variety of work, including providing support with commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, conducting research and assisting with written submissions and oral hearings. 

The internship is competitively remunerated.

The successful candidate will join our London team, the central hub of our international arbitration practice, and will have the opportunity to work with the team on cutting-edge procedural and substantive arbitration issues.

Our Opportunity

Internships in the London office will last for four months. You will work with partners that are industry-leaders both nationally and internationally, and as part of a team that provides a pre-eminent service in complex high-value international arbitrations and litigation against other top-ranked arbitration firms.

We have three different internship intakes: 1 January, 1 May, and 1 September.

You

Successful applicants will typically be recently qualified lawyers or post-graduate students looking to develop their skills in the field of international arbitration.  We expect you to have outstanding academics in law, and to be eager to learn. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite; fluency in another language is a great advantage.

The programme is highly competitive and preference will be given to those individuals who have either acquired some level of experience in international arbitration or can clearly demonstrate a passion for and determination to work in this field.
