The new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be enforced in May 2018. The new regulation will impose stricter obligations for processing customer data. There may also be changes to how businesses are able to communicate with their customers.

In this seminar, we will provide an overview of the GDPR, in particular focusing on how it will work for SME businesses in industries such as retail, hospitality and travel. We will also discuss possible measures that companies could start to prepare for and will provide some practical examples.

The seminar and materials will be delivered in both English and Japanese.
