The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) continues liberalization of limitations on export and import transactions (NBU Resolution on Amendments to Certain Acts of the National Bank of Ukraine dated 10 July 2017 No. 61).
From 11 July 2017, resident borrowers are allowed to repay loans/credits to non-residents before time in the following cases:
- Borrower is a bank
- Non-resident creditor is a bank
- An international financial organization is a shareholder of borrower or non-resident creditor
