Daniel Ajuh is an associate in the Litigation team in the Manchester office. He qualified in September 2022 after training with the firm. As part of his training, he completed a secondment at an international food and drink business.

Daniel advises many types of businesses on a range of litigious matters, including contractual disputes, defamation, professional negligence, data protection and commercial debt recoveries both nationally and internationally.

Daniel is also on the committee of the Black Solicitors Network (North).

  • Advising an international distribution company on a debt recovery matter.

  • Representing a data marketing company in relation to a claim made against it for data protection breaches.
