Cipriano (Cip) Beredo leads our Industrial Products Practice and regularly advises public companies, privately held businesses and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance transactions, and a wide range of corporate governance and general business matters.

Cip has particular experience representing corporations and private equity firms in complex multijurisdictional acquisition and divestiture transactions. He has represented companies across a broad spectrum of industries including manufacturers, chemical companies, aerospace companies, banks, defense contractors and technology companies.

He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2011, The Legal 500 US for his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, and in Ohio Super Lawyers since 2011.

  • Advising Goodrich Corporation on the US$1.4 billion disposition of its specialty chemical business.
