Philip C. Bonner


Phil Bonner is an associate in the Litigation department based in our London office. His expertise includes advising national and international corporate clients on resolving a wide range of contractual, commercial and professional negligence disputes via negotiation, mediation and litigation in both the County Court and High Court.


  • Managing an extensive litigation project on behalf of a major commercial landlord.
  • Advising major high street banks in respect of professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of trust claims against former professional advisers.
  • Advising on warranty claims arising from post-completion obligations in Share Purchase Agreements.
  • Assisting with a major inquest involving a major Fire and Rescue Service, which included potential charges of Gross Negligence Manslaughter.
