Nick Green is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group. Nick’s particular expertise covers development and corporate real estate with a focus on healthcare development, hotels and leisure and corporate acquisitions and disposals. He acts for a number of significant clients in relation to their acquisitions and disposals of real estate, joint ventures, investment transactions, whether purely asset or share agreements, and the asset management for clients with substantial leasehold portfolios.

Nick played rugby for Headingley, Wakefield and Leeds, and coached the mini and junior rugby at Bournville RFC for 12 years.
