Daniel Kitzes is an associate in the Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice Groups, focusing his practice on a variety of litigation matters, including breach of warranty, discrimination and California PAGA disputes. Daniel also defends employers in cases involving a wide range of wage and hour issues and trade secret misappropriation. Additionally, Daniel counsels on employee agreements, including regarding arbitration, employee testing and statutory leave.
Prior to and throughout law school, Daniel volunteered with a public interest firm and externed for Judge Beverly Reid O’Connell of the US District Court, Central District of California; Carla M. Woehrle, US Magistrate Judge for the C.D. of California (ret.); and Judges Graciela Freixes and Benny C. Osorio of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
