Steve Mahon serves on the firm’s Executive Leadership Group and has held a variety of senior leadership roles for more than a decade. Steve is based in our London office and serves as the firm’s Global Managing Partner, Clients & Strategy. In that capacity, Steve works directly with the Chairman/Global CEO on the firm’s strategic priorities and key client initiatives. Steve also maintains an active M&A practice and plays lead client management functions for many of the firm’s largest clients.

He also provides advice to clients, including boards of directors, on matters such as corporate governance, securities law, strategic investments and joint ventures. Prior to becoming the firm’s Global Managing Partner, Clients & Strategy, Steve held a number of other leadership positions within the firm, including Global Business Practice Leader, a member of the firm’s Management Committee from 2004 through 2008, and head of the firm’s Private Equity Practice Group.
