Sean McKay is a partner in Manchester, specialising in contentious construction and engineering matters. He is regarded as one of the leading construction and engineering lawyers in North West England and has extensive experience in the energy (including nuclear), waste management and process engineering sectors.

Sean has considerable experience in all forms of conflict management and dispute resolution including mediation, conciliation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation with particular expertise in the heavy engineering, utilities, waste to energy and nuclear decommissioning sectors. He also has extensive experience of the many standard forms of contract including NEC, JCT, ICE, MF/1, FIDIC, IChemE and various contractual arrangements in the nuclear sector.
