Megs Middleton is a senior associate in the Corporate Practice Group in our London office. Her practice includes acting for domestic and international companies in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and private equity transactions, as well as providing general corporate advice. Megs’ work involves acting for clients in a number of sectors, including sports, healthcare, media and advertising, and technology.

  • Advising Growth Capital Partners on its investment in DMW (a specialist IT consultancy group).
  • Advising the selling shareholders (including Great Hill Partners) of Reward Gateway on its announced sale to Castik Capital and Abry Partners.
  • Acting for a Premier League club on a restructuring of its corporate group.
  • Advising Citron Hygiene, a provider of washroom hygiene, ware-washing and chemical solutions, on three UK acquisitions.
  • Advising Ricardo PLC on the disposal of the Ricardo Software business to FOG Software Group.
  • Advising EDF Renewables UK on its joint venture partnership with DP Energy on the Gwynt Glas project (a 1GW floating offshore project in the Celtic Sea).
  • Advising CitySprint (UK) on the acquisition of numerous courier and logistics businesses and assisting with ongoing corporate housekeeping.
  • Advising the owners of Brazilian fintech Rebel on its merger with fellow Brazilian fintech Geru and the merged entities’ subsequent fundraise.
  • Advising Clear Channel UK on its acquisition of Adspace 2000 Limited.
  • Advising Blixt Group on its acquisition of Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP.
