Harry Quast is an associate in the Corporate Practice, where he focuses on the representation of corporate and institutional clients on matters such as merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital transactions, and institutional and private equity financing, as well as general corporate governance and developing and executing complicated strategic plans of corporate reorganizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Harry worked as an associate lawyer at a reputable transactional-focused firm, where he assisted in all aspects of real estate transactions and for-profit and non-profit corporate formation and governance. While in law school, Harry was a senior editor on the Journal of International Law. Harry also served as an intern at the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic, where he directly assisted clients as first chair regarding real estate endeavors, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate formation and corporate compliance. Harry received the CALI Award for Excellence in Negotiation in Sports Management.
