Caroline Spadaro is an associate in the Public Policy Practice. She leverages her understanding of regulatory and policy matters to assist clients in accomplishing their strategic and advocacy objectives at the federal level. Her areas of focus encompass providing guidance to international clients on the US trade and investment landscape, as well as advising municipalities and public entities on navigating legislative and regulatory procedures.

Caroline graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2022 where she served on the managing board of the Virginia Journal of International Law, as vice president of the Student Bar Association and as a law school ambassador. Caroline received her B.A. in political science and psychology from the University of South Carolina Honors College in 2019.
