Lydia Taylor is an associate in our Infrastructure practice.

Lydia works across a variety of public and private sector infrastructure projects, including in the energy, renewables, waste, education, housing and utilities sectors.

Lydia has been seconded twice to Drax Power Station’s legal team.


  • Advising a water undertaker client on a number of projects across its group, including PFI/PPP water treatment infrastructure and the procurement of onshore wind and solar P.V. assets.
  • Working on various energy efficiency projects for a renewable energy fund partially funded by the Green Investment Bank.
  • Assisting on completion of the Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham Waste PFI project.
  • Working for national housing and regeneration agency in respect of house-building and facilities management projects.
  • Advising a number of renewable energy developers on a variety anaerobic digestion projects.
  • Advising a leisure services provider under various operational PFI/PPP projects.
  • Completing an extensive list of academy conversion projects.
  • Assisting Drax Power Limited on a number of on-site infrastructure projects including their groundbreaking biomass storage facility.
