Woli Urbe is an associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group, where he represents clients across a broad range of industries in patent litigation and patent prosecution, as well as trademark and copyright matters

Woli’s practice focuses on intellectual property disputes before the US district courts (including patent, trademark and copyright infringement, as well as unfair competition) and the US Patent and Trademark Appeal Board (including trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings, as well as inter partes review proceedings). Woli has extensive experience in all phases of patent litigation, including non-infringement and invalidity contentions, claim construction briefing, preparing expert reports, taking and defending depositions, analyzing e-discovery and summary judgment briefing. He also has considerable non-litigation experience, including counseling clients on IP matters and preparing and prosecuting patent applications related to computer, software, mechanical and electrical technologies.
