- Advising a UK-based treasury and professional services firm in relation to its interests in the privatisation of state-owned energy assets, transactions with various superannuation funds and associated disputes.
- Advising and representing the external administrators of a major financial services entity in respect of claims against former company auditors and directors for negligence, breach of duty and misleading and deceptive conduct.
- Advising and representing commercial counterparties to the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile on the restructure of key agreements central to the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix.
- Advising and representing subordinated noteholders and directors of a hospitality services group, in respect of its external administration and restructure.
- Advising and representing an Australian funds manager in proceedings and transactions arising from the collapse of Australian-based funds and associated Cayman Islands-based investment vehicles.
