Defend "Like a Girl"

You are invited to join in a self defense interactive training class. Terri Rosen, owner of Ohio Krav Maga & Fitness, will address the idea of self protection (preventative) as a pre-cursor to self defense (active). We welcome daughters, friends and nieces to also join you in this class that will keep you moving and ready to defend like a girl.

A child care room with coloring and a movie will be available for those children not participating in the class.
