    Pensions Fit - the Hurdles, Hoops and High jumps of 2015

    We are spoiled for choice on the numerous subjects we could address as part of our next pensions breakfast seminars. We could run a marathon session, but have limited our focus to a triathlon of key issues:

    • On the case! We assess some of the lessons to be learned from recent case law, which has attracted relatively less commentary than other topical issues.
    • Looking through the transfer window. Transfer legislation is never straightforward. We look at recent changes to the statutory transfer regime, pensions liberation developments and actions for trustees.
    • To Europe and beyond! We cast an eye on international matters and consider current and future implications for the UK pensions arena.
