    Unfair Contract Terms Legislation – Overview and Impact on the Construction Industry

    On 16 November 2016, legislation extending the application of the federal unfair contract terms regime to small business contracts will come into effect. The new law will allow unfair contract terms in standard form contracts where at least one party is a small business to be declared void.
