Gender pay gap reporting – This new measure will apply to private companies and voluntary-sector organisations that employ 250 or more employees. Failure to comply with the obligation to report gender pay gap figures may result in a fine (that is not subject to a cap). We will discuss the practical steps that employers should be taking to prepare for this change.
Health and safety for HR – While health and safety is everyone’s responsibility, HR has an important role to play in developing and maintaining a positive health and safety culture. Business immigration post Brexit update – Immigration is proving to be one of the most contentious issues arising from the Brexit vote. We will review the latest position and what it means for employers.
