Squire Patton Boggs Of Counsel Roderick Devlin is quoted in the January 27, 2014, Bloomberg News article, which reports on how private companies are partnering with states and communities wearied with the federal government’s inaction to initiate much-needed transit projects and revamp public works suffering from decades of neglect.

In the article “Decaying US Roads Attract Funds From KKR to DoubLine,” Mr. Devlin states that in 2014 four major transportation public-private partnerships cemented agreements, up from three in 2013.

In regards to legislative and political setbacks in getting projects off the ground, Mr. Devlin said such political risks don’t dissuade international investors.
