Hana Čekalová primarily focuses her practice on banking, export and project finance, and corporate law.
Hana’s experience also includes advising on labor law matters.
Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Hana was a legal trainee with a leading commercial law firm in Prague, where she gained experience in matters relating to commercial, corporate, competition, labor and intellectual property law.
Hana’s finance experience includes representing banks and private borrowers in bilateral and syndicated loans, export credit transactions, project finance transactions and bond issues.
Her corporate experience involves assisting large domestic and international clients with mergers and acquisitions as well as with corporate, commercial and labor matters on an ongoing basis.
