Matthew Bailey is a partner in the Global Corporate and Financial Services practices, providing solutions to clients in a variety of industries and matters, including M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, corporate governance and general corporate matters
Matt is a Deputy Practice Group Leader for our Global Corporate practice group and has been heavily involved in recruiting talented attorneys to the firm as a member, and the chair of the firm’s Columbus office Hiring Committee. He also serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors of One Columbus and the One Columbus Foundation.
