Dr. Annette Demmel is located in our Berlin office and is a certified information technology lawyer (Fachanwältin für Informationstechnologierecht).
For more than 15 years, Annette has advised national and international businesses in privacy, technology and telecommunications law. She frequently leads the implementation of privacy compliance programs and centralized software systems for multinational companies and provides advice on policy and regulatory issues arising in the electronic communications and internet sectors. Annette also advises clients on legal issues relating to profiling and online marketing business models.

Annette also holds a certificate as a copyright and media lawyer (Fachanwältin für Urheber – und Medienrecht).
