Maren Ebner is an associate in our Intellectual Property & Technology practice group in Frankfurt. She advises clients from the consumer goods, financial and technology sectors on the strategic alignment of trademark and design portfolios and represents them in prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the courts of the European Union, the German Patent and Trademark Office, and the German Federal Patent Court, as well as in border seizure and criminal proceedings in cases of parallel imports and product counterfeiting. She also has experience in Internet domain name disputes under the rules of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), in intellectual property due diligence, and in arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

She is a member of the Frankfurt Bar Association, the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
