Cristina Fernandez

Cristina focuses her practice in commercial real estate, corporate transactions and due diligence reviews. Additionally, she is experienced in drafting lease agreements, purchase-sale of real estate assets agreements, and companies’ agreements and decisions. She also assists private companies in the preparation of annual meeting materials, share capital increases and reductions, bylaws amendments, and annual accounts.
- Providing assistance to corporate and real estate companies in day-to-day matters including incorporation of legal entities, corporate compliance, board and general meeting regulations and shareholder agreements and purchase-sale of real estate assets.
