Marisa Fernández is a partner in Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice based in our Madrid office. She is specialized in the international tax area. Her particular expertise covers the international tax, international reorganisations, joint ventures, groups restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.

Marisa is a member of the International Fiscal Association.

  • Advising on numerous transactions in the South American market including advice on international joint ventures and international mergers between European and South American entities and the restructuring of South American groups through the efficient use of holding companies.
