Fernando González
Partner
Fernando González is a partner in the International Dispute Resolution Practice, based in our Madrid office. Fernando has more than 35 years of litigation experience in commercial, banking and intellectual property (IP) law. He represents clients around the world in international arbitration proceedings. He also has experience in the areas of fraud and insolvency.
Fernando is a member of the board of a renowned American university in Spain. He has also served on IBA and INTA committees.
He is the author of a number of articles on IP, litigation and insolvency law and the co-author of several books on insolvency and fraud. Fernando is listed in Chambers Global and Chambers Europe as a commercial litigator who “embodies [the firm’s] work ethic through his emphasis on client service and ability to understand problems quickly and propose pragmatic solutions.” He is also identified as a legal expert in asset recovery in Spain, representing the firm in that area in Who’s Who Legal 2022.
