Dominika Kupisz’s practice focuses on tax and civil law. Dominika has advised to Poland-based and global companies and institutions on tax issues including preparing legal opinions and documentation in administrative proceedings. She is interested in particular in tax litigation.

Ms. Kupisz focuses her practice mainly on tax law and civil law.

Her experience also includes advising on financing and restructuring transactions including preparing and evaluating documentation, advising financial institutions on regulatory matters, assisting foreign financial institutions in insolvency proceedings in Poland, taking part in negotiations and performing due diligence on banks.

Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Dominika practiced as a finance lawyer for two years at a multinational law firm in Poland.

  • Advising on negotiations of an agreement between two mobile operators for sharing of radio access networks and setting up joint venture managing and expanding both operators' networks.   • Advising a telecommunications operator on recovery of real estate tax overpayment, comprehensive legal advice in tax litigation all over Poland before administrative courts and National Supreme Court.
  • Advising on international tax planning (including using of Polish closed-end investment funds) to individuals and corporate entities and implementation of restructuring scheme.
  • Conducting internal trainings for client’s employees regarding VAT and real estate tax.
