Erin L. McGrain


Erin McGrain represents international and domestic clients on a range of policy matters, including the development of comprehensive strategic plans to advance their specific interests and broader objectives before the US Congress and federal agencies. Her work focuses on domestic and foreign corporations, non-governmental organizations, and governmental entities working in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia.

Erin also advises clients on issues impacting the global capital markets, including the international taxation of multinational corporations and the taxation of financial products.

Erin's practice includes pro bono representation of several non-governmental organizations.
