Lenka Nová’s primary practice focus is real estate, personal data protection and intellectual property & IT law.

Lenka’s real estate practice focuses on representing sellers, buyers and financing institutions in real estate transactions and landlords in negotiations with tenants of residential, office and retail premises.

Her data protection experience includes primarily assisting to data controllers in relation to transfers of personal data within corporate groups. 

Lenka actively participates in the activities of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, primarily in its IT and Real Estate Committees. In June 2015 she was awarded honorary membership to the AmCham Plus Club.

As a student, Lenka was awarded a scholarship for one semester at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

  • Providing counsel to an international client in multiple litigations concerning protection of its rights as a shareholder in a Czech company, including enforcement of foreign court decisions. 
  • Assisting an operator of an exchange office with designing and implementation of measures necessary to comply with Czech anti-money laundering regulations. 
  • Advising on implementation of a state environmental program.
