Jörg Staudenmayer advises and represents clients on a broad variety of commercial, IP/IT and real estate matters. He frequently represents his clients before national and international courts and arbitration bodies.

Jörg advises clients on complex cross-border IT outsourcing transactions, cloud computing and ASP projects including data privacy and IT security aspects. He has also served as an external data privacy officer to corporate clients.

One of Jörg's main areas of practice is the handling of complex national and transborder supplier warranty cases throughout several industries including automotive, machinery and consumer goods. Among his clients are international manufacturers and insurance companies, as well as SMBs, family offices and private clients.

Jörg also has in-depth and long-term experience as in-house counsel to companies like Deutsche Bank and First Data Corporation.
