Donald A. Wall
Senior Partner
Donald Wall has more than 40 years of experience handling a broad range of commercial litigation, employment litigation and other methods of dispute resolution. His practice includes breach of contract, securities, fraud and misrepresentation, fiduciary duty, noncompete, trade secrets, intellectual property and a variety of business tort disputes. He has represented large and small businesses, governmental entities and individuals, including financial institutions, manufacturers, bankruptcy trustees and committees, inventors, insurers, and members of the hospitality industry. His work includes arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings, as well as actions in federal and state courts and regulatory investigations.
Don has considerable experience representing employers in employment-related matters, including discrimination and retaliation claims, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, reductions in force, sexual harassment claims and issues arising from employment agreements and policies. He has spoken at a number of seminars on various litigation and employment law issues.

- Representing a trustee of a bankruptcy estate in prosecuting fraudulent transfer and fiduciary duty claims.
- Representing an employer in the prosecution of trade secret and restrictive covenant claims against a former employee.
- Advising a resort hotel on the prosecution of a breach of contract action arising from cancellation of a scheduled convention.
- Representing a city in an SEC investigation regarding securities disclosures.
- Representing an insured in an insurance coverage dispute.
- Defending a financial institution in a class action lawsuit alleging residential mortgage irregularities.
- Defending a temporary restraining order and injunctive action against a financial transaction processing company.
- Representing an owner in lease arbitrations with commercial and residential tenants.
- Defending an employer in an age discrimination lawsuit.
- Representing a bankruptcy creditors committee in connection with claims against financial institutions and others.
- Representing the debtor owners of a hockey team in bankruptcy court disputes over team control.
- Representing the owner in a dispute with contractors regarding construction defects in facility manufacturing plant.
