Capital Markets

We operate one of the most active and sophisticated capital markets practices in the legal industry, particularly on behalf of the financial services sector. Since the start of the financial crisis in 2008, we have helped financial services enterprises raise well over $50 billion of capital and liquidity through scores of public offerings and private placements of virtually every type of equity, debt and hybrid security.
