Join us at our November Employment Workshop when we will use a case study to provide practical advice on how to manage and support employees who are suffering from mental health issues, including stress.
We will consider:
- How to identify and reduce mental health issues in the workplace
- The critical role of line managers and other effective interventions
- The legal position, including when a mental health issue becomes a disability and how far this changes things from the practical perspective
- Planning and co-ordinating returns to work, including the scope of an employer’s obligations to rehabilitate and make reasonable adjustments
As always, you will have the opportunity to ask questions of our lawyers and share experiences with other delegates.
This workshop is suitable for line managers as well as Legal and HR professionals.
