Calling all super friends of Squire Patton Boggs!

Please join us for our 2017 Professional Conduct Program in which we will explore professional conduct issues in a superhero setting. In our program, you will learn about the ethics of litigation financing for large organizations, the sending and receiving of emails containing metadata, and surreptitious recordings made by lawyers. We will also explore the scope of the advocate-witness rule, the reach of the ethics rules even when lawyers are not acting as lawyers, and what it takes for lawyers to be superheroes.

Our 2017 program features the premiere of the new full-length movie Superhero Ethics, written, directed and produced by Steven A. Delchin. Steve’s blockbuster features Hollywood-style special effects and showcases the acting talents of our lawyers and personnel. Find out what happens when your favorite new superheroes square off against unethical and unprofessional conduct in the legal profession. It is a battle of good versus evil, truth versus injustice.

Put on your capes and join us for Cleveland’s super CLE on December 12, 2017.
