    The latest in our series of Talk to the Experts Virtual Discussion Forums will outline some of the key legal issues and challenges businesses in the UK, Spain and Germany should consider when using Track and Trace Apps to manage COVID-19 in the workplace as part of their lockdown exit process. We will be sharing our experience of employer managed Apps or alternatives (such as wristbands) and discussing labor and employment implications, including what consents you need, and what should happen when an employee or visitor displays symptoms or tests positive for COVID-19, as well as the privacy aspects involved.
