Join us and the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council for the final webinar in our 2020 Chemicals Workshop Series.

Dramatic changes could be coming in the months ahead. Recent polls have consistently shown former Vice President Joe Biden leading President Trump both nationally and in key swing states. Even in Ohio, the polls show the presidential race to be essentially a dead heat. Along with the Presidency, Democrats could also potentially regain control of the US Senate and expand their majority in the US House. A White House, Senate and House all controlled by Democrats would have significant implications for the chemical industry, including not only a dramatic reversal of the way that many environmental laws and regulations have been implemented by the Trump Administration, but also the possibility of new legislation that could have far-reaching impacts. During this timely and important session, Ed Newberry and Tim Cosgrove in our Public Policy Practice group will discuss the ever-changing landscape of environmental policy, politics and the 2020 election, as well as what it might mean for the chemicals industry.

General CLE is pending for one hour in the following jurisdictions: AZ, CA, CO, NJ, NY, OH and TX.
