San Francisco partner David Godwin will be a panelist during the American College of Coverage Counsel 8th Annual Meeting in Chicago in early May. His panel, “Duty to Defend Bad Faith Issues,” will explore the extra contractual and bad faith issues associated with an insurer’s duty to defend and discuss the different rules in the various jurisdictions. Other panelists include Robert Allen, The Allen Law Group; Dan Litchfield, Litchfield Cavo LLP; and Linda Dedman, Dedman Law, PLLC.

The American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC) was established in 2012 and is the preeminent association of US and Canadian lawyers who represent the interests of insurers and policyholders.
