The Election 2020 has ushered in a new administration, Congress and legislative agendas across federal and state governments. What will the change in leadership and mission mean for Ohio corporations? Please join our public policy and securities/corporate governance practitioners, in partnership with the Society for Corporate Governance – Ohio, for a look back on the recent US elections and key results from the national level and Ohio. We will also look ahead at the top priorities of the Biden-Harris Administration, potential regulatory changes related to their vision, including a focus on the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and certain issues within its purview, as well as the implications of other evolving issues at the state level.
