    The Election 2020 has ushered in a new administration, Congress and legislative agendas across federal and state governments. What will the change in leadership and mission mean for Ohio corporations? Please join our public policy and securities/corporate governance practitioners, in partnership with the Society for Corporate Governance – Ohio, for a look back on the recent US elections and key results from the national level and Ohio. We will also look ahead at the top priorities of the Biden-Harris Administration, potential regulatory changes related to their vision, including a focus on the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and certain issues within its purview, as well as the implications of other evolving issues at the state level.

    Insights will be provided by:

    • Biden-Harris Administration priorities over the first 100 days and government transition
    • Ohio politics and priorities for 2021
