2021 Women in Energy and Environment Webinar Series: Key Regulatory Issues in the US in Energy and Environment: 2021 and Beyond

Region: Americas
26 January 2021
Webinar

A recording of the webinar is available online.

Join Carolyn McIntosh, Emily Huggins Jones and Lianne Mantione for the fourth and final session in our four-part 2021 Women in Energy and Environment Webinar Series, where we will continue evaluating the implications of a change in Administration on environmental policy in the US.

Climate change, including rejoining the Paris Climate Accord and implementing a broader range of renewable energy initiatives, is one of the highest environmental priorities for the Biden Administration. Reducing chemical exposures that may cause human health or environmental risks in “frontline” communities will also be an early focus of the incoming Administration. We hope you can join us for our fourth session to learn about rejoining the Paris Accord, off-shore wind, likely air quality, chemicals, water protection, and related actions that will be “on deck” for review, and what Trump Administration “midnight regulations” and deregulatory actions are likely to be addressed by the Biden Administration in its first 100 days.

General CLE is pending for one hour in the following jurisdictions: AZ, CA, CO, NJ, NY, OH and TX.
