Sample collection: failure to submit to doping control

    December 2009

It is therefore imperative that all athletes understand their obligations in relation to sample collection procedures. Mike Morgan of the Doping Law & Regulation Unit examines the extent of behaviour that has been deemed to constitute a 'failure to submit to sample collection' under the WADA Code, following recent proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
