Select Provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act Affecting Banks

    The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act represents sweeping reform of the financial services industry and it will have wide-ranging consequences. In this article, which appeared in the October 2010 issue of Financier Worldwide, partner James J. Barresi and principal Aaron A.
