Squire Sanders partner Adam R. Fox appears on Minnesota Public Radio’s midmorning program “The Rebranding of High Fructose Syrup” on October 4. Adam discusses the basis for the sugar industry’s lawsuit against the Corn Refiners Association and its members seeking to stop the advertising of high fructose corn syrup as “corn sugar” (the FDA-approved name for dextrose) and other misleading comparisons between high fructose corn syrup and sugar. He also discusses how the corn refiners' advertising misleads consumers about what is in the food they eat.
