Czech Republic Topples Forestry Claim

    Global Arbitration Review (GAR), a leading global publication that covers issues and trends in international dispute resolution law, recently published "Czech Republic Topples Forestry Claim," which discusses Squire Sanders’ successful defense of the Czech Republic against a claim brought by Germany-based investor InterTrade Holding GmbH, under the Czech-German Bilateral Investment Treaty.
