Squire Sanders Partner Featured in Pensions Review 2012

    June 2012

Squire Sanders partner Georgina Rankin has contributed an article in the Birmingham Post Pensions Review 2012, discussing the reduction of the Annual Allowance.

The Annual Allowance is a cap on the amount of savings a person can build up in a registered pension scheme over the course of a year. Exceeding this cap can incur a tax charge. In the article, Georgina explains how to assess whether the Annual Allowance has been exceeded for various different pension schemes and the recourse if this is the case.
