    Welcome to the November edition of Workplace View, which focuses on some of the latest labour and employment developments in Australia. This month's newsletter includes:

    • Fair Work Amendment Bill 2012 - an outline of some of the amendments proposed by this Bill which was introduced into Parliament in October 2012.
    • Rectification of employment agreements: the act of putting it right – a discussion of a recent Western Australian Supreme Court case, Russell v RCR Tomlinson Ltd, which applies the little used equitable doctrine of rectification in the context of employment agreements. 
    •  Rolling eyes may constitute "bullying" under definition in new Code of Practice – is there a risk that under this definition, trivial employee actions may amount to bullying?
