Implementation of TSCA Section 6: EPA Moving in the Wrong Direction?

    Coming on the heels of the enactment of TSCA reform earlier this summer (the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act), EPA has announced plans to propose three § 6 rules for existing chemicals by the end of the year, the first such rulemaking in 27 years.
