Two firm lawyers, Leah Brownlee and Mark Salzberg, each contributed a chapter in the recently published American Bar Association (ABA) book Intellectual Property and Technology Due Diligence. This guide focuses on helping the intellectual property lawyer in conducting a thorough review of all aspects of intellectual property and technology, accurately assessing and analyzing the risks and benefits associated with those intangible assets, and determining how they impact transactions and the business at large.

Mark co-authored Chapter 14, “Intellectual Property Acquired Through Bankruptcy,” and Leah authored Chapter 16, “Conforming the Provisions to Reflect the Due Diligence and the Deal.”
